I ordered some seeds from a lady here in dfw area, off of Etsy.
I got Dill, Marigolds and Cosmos.
I am so excited that I was able to plant them in Steve's garden, and be able to watch them grow :)
Starting off:
the area that we put them in had a lot of "baby weeds"--- we cleared it out not too long ago, and the rains came, then there they are spreading back up.. so we'll have to make sure to keep an eye on that.
So we once again cleared it out and worked the dirt, got rid of alot of just old roots and acorns, and just stuff that would hinder our nice little seeds to grow.
Then started making little "trenches"
and began to plant.

Found a creepy little bug...

all planted, now just a matter of waiting.
Update on the other plants that we planted a few weeks ago:
Fig tree-- has quite abit of growth, leaves and such. - definitely fast growing.
Raspberry, has grown a little
Blueberry has quite a bit of new little blooms.
We will see how it all does :) it will be fun, Im glad we were able to get some flowers in the garden :) will be very good, im very excited about it all. :)
